Acceptance of terms
By using the Peace Community Center website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or its services.
User conduct
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t harass, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the services or other users. Don’t use the site to submit false donations, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform’s integrity.
Donations and sponsorships
Donations and plot sponsorships are processed by Stripe. We rely on their published terms for card handling. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or at the organization’s discretion. Plot sponsorships are virtual recognitions toward the community share of the land purchase; they do not convey any legal ownership of land or any specific tax-deductibility unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
Content on the site — text, imagery, logos — belongs to the Peace Community Center unless otherwise noted. You may share it with attribution; reproduction or modification for commercial use requires written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Peace Community Center provides the site and its services on an “as-is” basis. We try to keep things accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee the site is free of errors or interruption, and we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
